  My new favourite camera store. Walked in and service was great. Ended up spending more than I intended because the discount was so good. Gina was helpful friendly and professional. Worth the trip wherever you are in the Perth, north or south. Highly, Highly recommended. They're determined to be the best and it's evident in their product range and service.

  Great customer service! Very friendly staff. I bought 2 lenses a week before the 15% Cyber Monday sale and they told me I could just go back to store and get it as store credit! Absolute legends.

  My online shopping experienced not good. On 29/11/2017 I bought a product, without my permission the next day order status changed to back order(no stock). On email it's said 7-10 days but until 12 days still no news so I called them, they promised me to give me an update but no update. The next day I called again, Tim told me that they have a lot of stock in Melbourne and 1 stock in Cannington shop( but never send to Cannington shop, strange!!!). So Tim asked me to call their shop in Cannington(which is their job after took 13 days the customer waiting). When I called Cannington shop they said still back order but I told them that they have 1 stock and Tim told me that I can take that one, after that he promised me to let me know, after a few minute they changed the order status to "product available to pick up". So pick up straight away before another problem came up. That's my experienced shopping online with pick up in store method with DigicDirect. For DigicDirect please improve your system, don't make customer unhappy!

  I was looking for a respectable and helpful brick and mortar store to buy a new zoom lens for my Sony. As a hobbyist and someone who shoots for fun I was so readily welcomed by the staff. Pasan helped out immensely and was the friendliest most knowledgeable person we could have hoped for. The price was exceptionally good, even beating most of the gray-market online prices which is incredible. He even took out a $20k lens just to show us what it was like and gave me a 100 free prints. I will absolutely be coming back for more purchases. It's nice to have someone trustworthy so close by.
