    The first time I went to Connors Carousel, the manager made me feel like I was wasting her time, was completely unhelpful, and treated me in such a rude way. I had never been treated like this in any other Tarocash or Connors store, but I was so insulted I decided that I wouldn't go back to the Carousel Connors store. I now purchase online or drive into Perth.

    Had a fantastic shopping experience at Connor Carousel. Exchanged a shirt for a different size without a receipt. Liam looked up my shopping history on the database and was incredibly professional. Could not rate any higher. Exceptional customer service.

    I've never had somebody speak to me in such a rude tone. Working in retail bench-marking, I often go to retail shops on behalf of management to see what the customer service is like, so I've seen a wide variety of customer service techniques. I will never ever go back to Connor Carousel again. I've even thought of switching back to Tarocash as I've always had an extremely positive shopping experience with them. Being treated rudely once can be forgiven, but then insulted the second time I went there. No, a line needs to be drawn and said that its not right, and I certainly won't support that shop with my money.

    Let me first say that I love shopping at Connors. Previous to this, I was a Tarocash shopper. I started going to Connors in Queensland due to the savings that could be made. Connors is a fantastic shop, but I recommend you to go to the Perth City store and skip the one at Carousel.

    Do, however, shop at other Connors stores. The quality of their merchandise is very high, and are on an equal level with Tarocash. Defiantly, my two favorite brands.

    Thanks Tab for great service and your help with my son's 3 piece suit, the sizing was perfect and he looked very posh for the year 12 ball. Also the price was affordable, AND you had all the right accessories: shirt, tie, pocket square, belt, shoes...I would absolutely recommend your store to everyone.

    I first had to explain to her how 4 medium shirts could fit, but the fifth one couldn't. I assumed that just saying the shirt didn't fit would have been enough, but she wanted to know why the shirt didn't fit. I don't make shirts, what other type of explanation do I need to use. She then snatched the receipt out of my hands when i pointed to the part that said I could exchange the shirt for a different size at any Connors store with a receipt. She then asked if I had the receipt, and told her it was in her hands. She took about 3 minutes looking over the shirt for any mark she could find. She then counted the number of tags on the shirt, and compared it to the number of tags on the same shirt in the store. In a VERY negative way she asked "well what type of exchange do you want to do", and I said I would like the large size of the same shirt. Then she snapped and said "How do you know that one will fit you too? Will you be coming back for another exchange?!.

    Long story short, buy online or goto Connors Perth store. I cannot stress this enough. People who are rude and insulting should not be rewarded with a sale.

    I purchased five shirts on the online store, all medium size. However, when I received them, one of the medium shirts was smaller than the others. It was written on the bottom of the receipt that I could exchange the shirt for another size at any of the Carousel shops as long as I had the receipt.

    The next day I went into Carousel Connors with the receipt, and with all the tags attached to the shirt. I figured that the last time I went there could have been a bad day for the shop staff (who I assumed was the manager as she was the only person there), so decided to goto the Carousel shop for the exchange. I have made an exchange in Connors Queensland and the transaction took about thirty seconds and was a very positive experience. Connors Carousel took about over six minutes and I left the store feeling insulted.
