  Customer service was impeccable. I brought two items one was put through as a delivery and the other a pick up (both should have been delivery) I called JB HI FI and within a day they called me back and said they had sorted it out and that they would deliver both on a day of my choosing. Their customer service was absolutely amazing!!!

  Staff to busy socialising with each other by chatting and standing around in groups, even swearing during their conversation in front of a customer. Not offering to assist customer at all! Shelves were bare, hardly any choices of products, customer service was appalling! Boxes laying around all over the floor to make it impossible for a wheelchair user to navigate around the store! Your doorman was so rude and has even accused me of shop lifting in the past when I clearly had a receipt and he saw me come straight from the cash registers where I had just been serviced! Absolutely appalling and if I could rate this store as negative 10 I wouldn't even give them 1 star but have no choice. I will not return to this store ever again, this disgusting service has happened on multiple occasions in the past!

  Busy store, well located and hard to miss with their colour scheme. Not a fan of the shop layout. Staff are attentive and friendly.

  Love the service of the customer people very quick and hassle free claim of my items ordered by our insurance company ordered replacement of my stolen items...keep up the good service guys..
