  Went in to get some information on the current Samsung range (as I've never owned one) and was very pleased with the service. The staff were knowledgeable, non pushy and the store had a good vibe. Will definitely be heading back there when the time comes to actually upgrade

  I purchased Samsung S5 online in Perth. Yesterday I suddenly noticed that the screen had come out. I searched for the nearest Samsung Shop to deal with the issue. The nearest shop is in Westfield carousel and had to take appointment. Luckily got today's appointment. Took the phone to the shop and they resolved the issue there itself. Excellent service, Would like to recommend Lauren for great service. Many Thanks. Joshi

  went there to repair my broken phones screen, after waiting for 5 minuets, it was attended by a stuff. But then they asked me for my contact details and told me they are going to message me when its my turn. I was literally sitting infront of them, they had no customers and were just talking among themselves. SO disappointed!

  Worst experience ever. Left my phone for screen repair 20 days ago and still no update on progress, and I only left it because the guy said 10-12 days max! Every time I call or go there I get the same answer: "Somebody will call you tomorrow with update on your phone". So far no one call me. They even gave me replacement phone which is not working properly so I asked if I can replace it with another one but the guy at counter simply said "Oh I'm sorry but I can't help you with that !" So I am stuck with phone and I cannot type or answer phone calls properly! Great job guys !
