  My family and i were their patients more than 3 years. It was a good place but not anymore. All the good doctors and nurses left and unfortunately no respect for patients from new staff. The worst thing is you have to wait 40 to 50 minutes after your appointment booked time to see the doctor's and nobody care about your time. I had 3 appointments in 2 weeks time and each time they called me at lease 40 minutes late. Lsst appointment 1 hour late. I cancelled the appointment and move to another medical centre.

  Dr Erkrahm is the best female doctor I've ever had. Polite, efficient and caring. Whilst Dr Raniker is the worst. With Raniker the wait time was 45 min after scheduled appointment. Normally i don't mind wait times as such as it happens. But when you feel absolutely horrible you don't want to be waiting for ages. And Raniker also answered her personal phone in the middle of my consult.

  Be prepared to wait for at least half an hour even if you have booked an appointment. Good GPs and staff but personnel frequently changed. Dr. Monica is awesome.

  I booked an appointment at 1:20 pm, and was received by a friendly nurse at the Reception. I had to wait for 30 mins which is not as bad as waiting for an hour or so. Dr Ranika did an excellent job and my consultation was less than 10 min.
