  Although I'm on a low income I value quality products, local companies, excellent service, health and environmental safety and conservation... so when it came to choosing a mattress (which really is a big factor in quality of life) it was a no-brainer to go for 100% natural latex with no carbon footprint. I was impressed with the low-allergen qualities and the absence of nasty chemicals in these products too. Having been chronically ill for some time, with many muscular aches and pains, I also wanted a mattress that would relieve pressure and promote deeper sleep. I found The Back And Neck Company to provide excellent information about the right product for us and to be very reassuring about the quality of their products, Everything that I was told matched with what I had read online on other websites about 100% natural latex, independent of this Company. It was a pleasure to do business with the Back & Neck Company from start to finish. The delivery was prompt and friendly and the feel of the mattress (having slept on a less that satisfactory one for way too long) was like heaven. I love the silky feel of the Bamboo covers also. I have no doubt that this purchase was a great investment in better sleep, less joint and muscle pain and better health. I was also very grateful not to have to wait for a product to be delivered from the Eastern States (upward of 7 days!). We got our mattress the same day so could quickly experience the benefits.   Mattress is fantastic, but I also ordered a pillow which never arrived, and despite leaving numerous messages and promises on their end to get back to me, nothing has been done to rectify this.

  I purchased a latex contour pillow about a year ago to get some support for my neck and absolutely love it. I now have the best nights sleep, so much so that on a recent overseas holiday I found the hotel pillows terrible and could not wait to get home to my contour pillow. Although the cost was more than I have paid for a pillow before, it has proved to be worth every cent.

  The beds in the show room are not the same firmness as what was delivered. The bed causes me hip and shoulder pain. When this was questioned I was given the run around by the owners and delivery personnel. An exchange was promised and then never delivered.
