  I bought a faulty product from the new Cannington store near Toy r Us. I brought it back to the store with out receipts because I do not keep receipt for small items. The young lady in store was very helpful, her name is Trinity. She explain that all return items must have receipts. I asked her if she can search in the system because I paid by credit card. Trinity did a search and found my receipt and then her manager came to swap the item for me.

  Very competitive pricing for what they sell, even for prescription medications too. I guess that is why they are doing so well as their pricing is hard to match from elsewhere.

  Chemist warehouse's most profitable store in australia. Store layout and ratio of staff/registers totally inappropriate for number of customers flooding the store. Dont be so greedy chemist warehouse move into a bigger building already and employ more nicer staff.

  I buy one swiss item in this shop yesterday and want refund today( no open, no any action on this item, even not moving in the shopping bag). They tell me I can not refund it as it is healthy item, how ridiculous they are. So stupid .

  Plenty of parkings available. In fact interestingly, not far from them, there's another Chemist Warehouse opened. It's also fairly big like this one. It is near Toy'Rus.
