    Staff there seemed to be more concerned with getting people to use their self service feature than actually serving people.

    i would suggest not coming here on the weekends cos of the crowds. but the staffs can be pretty helpful (and patient)

    No pens on the counter to write addresses on envelopes etc. Won't be coming back....

    A good post office with many facilities expected in a Post Office including identification checks, parcel postage, bill payments, etc. Have a couple of self service parcel post machines that can save you from the queue (there is always a queue).
